Membership & what you get
Cloud Native Application Intelligence is a manually delivered premium research product. Founding members receive intelligence briefings (email + private archive), ecosystem updates, and the ability to request topics during the founding period. This is not a SaaS application at this stage (no dashboard/login beyond what Stripe and the delivery method provide).
Billing & founding price lock
- Annual: $249 billed annually at checkout via Stripe. Monthly: $29 billed monthly.
- Founding price lock: your price ($249/yr or $29/mo) remains locked for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, current public pricing applies.
- Taxes/VAT, if applicable, are calculated by Stripe at checkout.
- We may raise public pricing for new members after validation; existing founding members are unaffected while subscribed.
Cancel & refund
- Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected].
- 14-day refund: email us within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund — no forms. After 14 days, you keep access through the end of your paid period; we do not prorate.
- Chargebacks/disputes should be avoided — reach out and we’ll make it right quickly.
Intellectual property
Briefings and site content are © 2026 CloudNativeApplication.com. You get a personal, non-transferable license to read and internally use the material for your own organization. Don’t redistribute, resell, or publish briefings publicly. Short attributed quotes for internal docs/ADRs are fine.

Acceptable use
Don’t abuse, scrape aggressively, attempt to bypass access, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if needed to protect the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions disallow limits — the limit applies to the extent permitted there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where CloudNativeApplication.com is established. Any disputes will be handled there. If you need a specific venue, contact us first — we prefer to solve issues directly.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves (e.g., when adding software features). We’ll post the new date and, for material changes affecting members, notify by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
