Privacy Policy

This is a minimal, direct privacy disclosure for a smoke-test/validation site. We collect the minimum data needed to validate the product and communicate with prospective and paying members.

What we collect

• Contact & payment info: If you purchase via Stripe, Stripe collects and processes your name, email, and payment details. We receive confirmation (and the email you use) to provision your membership and send briefings. We do not store raw card numbers.
• Messages you send: Emails or forms you submit to [email protected].
• Basic analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-focused, no cross-site cookies) or similar free, cookie-light analytics to understand page views and CTA clicks. We do not use paid tracking suites or sell this data.

How we use it

• To deliver the membership you paid for (briefings, updates, access notices).
• To reply to inquiries and support requests.
• To understand what content and offers resonate, so we can improve the product.

Cookies

We aim to stay cookie-light. Analytics (if enabled) may use a small first-party cookie or beacon for aggregate measurement. Payment (Stripe) may use cookies on its checkout domain per Stripe’s own policy. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may still require Stripe cookies to function.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. We share only with service providers necessary to operate the site and membership (e.g., Stripe for payments, email provider for delivery, Cloudflare for hosting/analytics). Each provider has its own policy.

Retention

We keep membership and support records for as long as your subscription is active + a short period for accounting/dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize where feasible.

Your rights

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. We will respond within 30 days. If you’re in a region with specific rights (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA), we honor those rights per applicable law.

Security

We use HTTPS and reputable providers, but no method is 100% secure. Use a unique password with Stripe and protect your email account.

Changes

If this policy materially changes, we’ll update the date above and, if you’re a member, notify by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
